 THISTLE RENTAL HOMES – Thistle meets the needs of working families by providing quality apartments where the cost of rent plus utilities is kept within a reasonable percentage of household income. Thistle owns and manages a total of 784 permanently affordable rental homes at fifteen sites in Boulder, Longmont and Northglenn. The Property Management Team, with bilingual staff, serves the needs of low-income residents, enhances neighborhoods, partners with service providers, and increases energy efficiency to benefit both our residents and the environment. Dear Thistle,
I wanted to let you know how quickly and efficiently the maintenance staff addressed the flash-blizzard. It came down fast and heavy along with blowing snow from the rooftops. It didn't take long for my balcony to become deeply entrenched. My concern was that if left alone, that amount would surely flood both my apartment and my neighbor’s below.
I called the office, and Shidiah cheerfully said she would notify the crew here. In just a matter of moments Jack came up and did away with the threatening snowdrifts on the balcony, and averted what could have been a soggy mess inside. Despite what must have been a very arduous day, he was just as pleasant and kind as he always is.
The entire grounds at Sage Court had been carefully dealt with that day, which is crucial to wheelchair users like myself. It is very reassuring to know that the staff is so conscientious and considerate, even in difficult times.
Thanks to Jack and the rest of the maintenance staff for making Sage Court a safer place to live.
